OUR CLASSES

At CycleTRaX, all of our classes are coached by highly skilled, experienced and certified instructors. Our studio atmosphere is designed to be less intimidating and more inspiring than the large scaled gym setting. 

Our cycling classes are taught using the award winning Keiser M2 Bikes, which monitor your cadence, Calories burned, heart rate and distance. Instructors lead riders on a safe and effective 50 minute ride using energizing music to set the tempo and cadence on the bikes. Flat roads, hill climbs, sprints will be incorporated keeping riders lively on and off their saddles. 

To compliment our great cycle classes we offer TRX Circuit Training Classes.  These classes emphasize low impact dynamic functional movement in coordination with the TRX Suspension Training System. The TRX Suspension System leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises to build muscular endurance and core strength. Each class utilizes TRX Suspension System in combination with resistance tubing, battle ropes, sandbells and body bars.

                                      Keiser M3
CycleTRaX cycling classes are taught using the Keiser M3, award-winning third generation indoor cycle. Each Keiser M3 has adjustable Shimano ™ combo pedals that accommodate Look ™ compatible and SPD cleats in addition to athletic shoes. These state of the art bikes are equipped with built-in computers with measure RPM, power output and elapsed time. The bikes are geared with electronic shifters which ensure that every bike has identical resistance each and every ride. Using the feedback generated during your ride you will be able to measure your fitness progress from class to class.
