BENEFITS OF INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor cycling will help you shed pounds and lower your body fat. A rider can expect to burn up to 600 Calories in a single class.

 

BENEFITS OF THE TRX GROUP FITNESS CLASS

Increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility while burning up to 500 Calories in a single class.

 

WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING AND SHOES DO I NEED FOR THE CYCLING CLASSES?

Wear comfortable, light exercise clothing (cycling shorts are preferable).  Our bikes have both Look™ Compatible or SPD cleats. If you do not have cycling shoes, our pedals will accommodate any athletic shoe.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

You will need water and a towel for either the Cycling or Group Fitness Classes. If you forget either, we offer towels for rent or purchase and water to buy.

 

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

Most of the classes are between 50 minutes to one hour long.

 

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS? LOCKERS? SHOWERS?

We do have changing rooms for clients to change into their workout clothes. We have plenty of free cubbies to store all of your gear.  There are no showers but are hoping this is something we will add in the future!

 

WHAT IS THE PROPER ETIQUETTE AT THE STUDIO?

There is no cell phone use in the studio. Please wear clean clothing.

 

YOUNG ADULTS/MINORS

Any rider under the age of 14 must be accompanied in class by a supervising adult 18 years or older.
