CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cycling Fusion - Cycling Fusion is the cycling portion of the Fusion 40/40. A challenging 40 minute that will consist of road based style training utilizing intervals of race pace training, extreme climbs, endurance training, and sprints.
You may take this class only or in combination with the 40 min TRX class (2 classes for the price of one).

Taking CycleTRaX to whole other level! Get your blood pumping in an intense, interval driven 30 minutes of cycling followed immediately after with 30 minutes of TRX interval training.

TRX Fusion challenges users with a fast-paced TRX strength movements combined with dumb bells, kettlebells and resistance tubing.  Cycling Fusion is the cycling portion of the Fusion 40/40. The TRX Suspension Training is suitable for all levels of fitness, and assists participants in developing overall strength and stamina.  
 

A 50 minute beat driven -motivational ride led by one of our elite coaches. We Ride, Climb, Jump, Sweat, Sprint, Dance, and Burn to a high energy upbeat rockin' playlist. A full body workout is achieved using hand weights on the bike. Get ready for the Cardio workout of your life!

CycleTRaX TRX Bootcamp Fusion integrates high intensity cycling with TRX strength and mobility.  This class emphasizes high calorie burn, body sculpting and weight loss. 

Experience one of the fastest growing tools in the fitness industry! TRX Circuit Training challenges users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills arranged in a circuit style format. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. The TRX Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Body Sculpt is a low impact toning class targeting your core, legs and glutes. Individually choreographed each week by your instructor, the techniques used in this class are derived from many different modes of training such as pilates, circuit training, resistance training. The class will involve the use of the TRX, kettle bells, barbells, swiss balls, resistance bands and body weight training.
