I hold certifications for Group Fitness Training & Personal Training with ACE & NASM, as well as certifications for TRX, Sculpt & Barre. My main focus is on form and precision. It is my absolute passion to show you how great you can feel, get you moving & deliver a fun, effective, powerful and safe workout. My TRX classes are set to upbeat music ranging from modern EDM to classic rock. TRX is for EVERYBODY!! I look forward to seeing you soon!
