With over 25 years in the fitness industry and experience in training NBA, NFL and Major League Baseball Players and amateur athletes, I will take you to your next fitness level and beyond.
Golf Addict? I am also a Titliest Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, who will shave strokes off your game.

My cycling ride will take you on a outdoor ride inside with climbs, descents and intervals all to a variety of music from pop to rock and hip hop.

With experience as a Premier Certified TRX Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer, my TRX classes are based on Functional Movement incorporating all three planes of movements. In addition, each class will develop your mobility, stability and conditioning.


Michael Shenkman instructs the following:
  • Indoor Cycling - CycleTRaX PRO
  • A challenging 50 minute ride led by our motivational coach and cyclist. Class will consist of road based style training utilizing intervals of race pace training, extreme climbs, endurance training, and sprints.

  • TRX Bootcamp Fusion
  • CycleTRaX TRX Bootcamp Fusion integrates high intensity cycling with TRX strength and mobility.  This class emphasizes high calorie burn, body sculpting and weight loss. 

  • TRX Circuit Training
  • Experience one of the fastest growing tools in the fitness industry! TRX Circuit Training challenges users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills arranged in a circuit style format. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. The TRX Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

    The TRX Suspension Training is suitable for all levels of fitness, and assists participants in developing overall strength and stamina.

  • FUSION - 1/2 cycling and 1/2 TRX
  • Taking CycleTRaX to whole other level! Get your blood pumping in an intense, interval driven 30 minutes of cycling followed immediately after with 30 minutes of TRX interval training.
