Laura teaches a dynamic cycling class that uses the Kaiser MPower console to reach new levels!

Hammer the hills, power the sprints, chase down competition and learn the real meaning of 'endurance'. Energizing music will motivate you to unleash your inner athlete! Get ready to leave class fitter, leaner and longer!

TRX Body Sculpt is a low impact toning class targeting your core, legs and glutes. Individually choreographed each week by your instructor, the techniques used in this class are derived from many different modes of training such as pilates, circuit training, resistance training. The class will involve the use of the TRX, kettle bells, barbells, swiss balls, resistance bands and body weight training.
