Kenny has Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge and is also a Registered Nurse. He takes a holistic approach when dealing with health and total wellness by incorporating strength and balance with the body, mind, and spirit. His classes challenge you past your comfort zone to maximize your time and improve your overall fitness. Awaken and Elevate!
My cycling ride will take you on a outdoor ride inside with climbs, descents and intervals all to a variety of music from pop to rock and hip hop.
With experience as a Premier Certified TRX Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer, my TRX classes are based on Functional Movement incorporating all three planes of movements. In addition, each class will develop your mobility, stability and conditioning.
I instruct a calorie blasting ride that includes rhythmic riding, sprints, climbs, and out of the saddle work. A low impact, high intensity class where all fitness levels are welcome.
I primarily play the latest pop and hip hop music, but I'll throw in a little bit of any genre in there from time to time!
I'm Yvonne Kelly, I moved from England over 25 years ago and have called Los Angeles my home ever since.
I hold certifications for Group Fitness Training & Personal Training with ACE & NASM, as well as certifications for TRX, Sculpt & Barre. My main focus is on form and precision. It is my absolute passion to show you how great you can feel, get you moving & deliver a fun, effective, powerful and safe workout. My TRX classes are set to upbeat music ranging from modern EDM to classic rock. TRX is for EVERYBODY!! I look forward to seeing you soon!

Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. The TRX Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
The TRX Suspension Training is suitable for all levels of fitness, and assists participants in developing overall strength and stamina.
